The handles were very sturdy & padded just enough to help getting up & down. The only bad thing is the rubber padding on the other side of the plastic grey screw. It has worn in the short time we have used it, (while being cleaned), & we don’t know how to replace this when it finally wears to nothing. It has however been a life saver, so I guess we’ll be getting an entire seat soon.
Perfect fit Bought for husband after hip surgery, works great. Was very easy to put together, just snap arms in and it locks right inside toilet, not loose at all.
Good but not great It helped by getting additional height on the toilet to make it easier to stand up after use. However, it is difficult to get it secured to the toilet tight enough to be stable, especially if you don’t put equal pressure on both handles when you stand up. Because it goes inside the toilet, it makes the opening smaller and less comfortable when you use it. That being said, I think it does the job for a reasonable price.
