Medically accurate, the best heart rate monitor This device is much more accurate than any other heart rate monitor on the market, to even include blood pressure cuffs and pulse ox monitors at the hospital.There are many other types of monitors, they typically take your pulse rate at your wrist or fingertips but this spot is nowhere as accurate as this device on your forearm. Great for Orangetheory! I bought and use this for Orange Theory (about half the cost of the retail version they sell…). I prefer it over the chest strap for comfort but I took off a star for the occasional loss of connection to the club’s sensors. Never had that issue with the chest strap. I did have one club employee tell me that it could be the club’s sensor placement and not the band that is the issue but I have not been able to confirm that.

This (as far as I know) is pretty spot on for tracking my hr, and Im not going to forget to put it on…or dread putting it on. LOVE IT so much my wife bought one in the pink color.You know the battery is running low when your heart rate starts to fluctuate and finally flat lines in your app. I just make sure I charge it once a week. I use it daily…
