Won first prize in a disco costume contest This costume won my husband first prize in a disco costume contest!!! (He has a naturally hairy chest so perfect for his costume). Like many have said It’s an inexpensive costume, so I wasn’t expecting tailor-made or high quality. Like many have said, the jacket is large and boxy, but the vest is tight. If you were so inclined, you could easily alter the jacket for a better fit. The pants are elastic waist pull on style. I wore suspenders under the vest so that the pants wouldn’t sag or fall. It was both too large and too small… no this is not a riddle. I’m 6’4, 220 and ordered an XL. Io ordered these for a Murder Mystery Disco Party. Pant were pretty large and didn’t stay up very well. No belt loops and not a lot of elastic to help keep them up (It felt like they were going to fall for the entire party). Jacket was also a little large. In contrast, the shirt/vest piece was WAAAAAYYYY too small. I had a bare midriff like I was in a TLC video (I think they had bare midriffs?).
