So easy to use and transfer My wife is 73 years old and weighs about 170 pounds. She has been confined to a wheelchair for the past 5 years and unable to walk at all for the past 2 years. Getting my wife in and out of her wheelchair and in and out of our car has been extremely difficult, until now. I would highly recommend to anyone with foot drop due to any cause My Mom has ALS. As long as I get her feet on this human lazy-susan, I don’t have to worry about her feet pointing one way while her legs point the other. It has been a God-send. Works well for transferring our elderly mother from her wheelchair … Works well for transferring our elderly mother from her wheelchair to the car. Only problem that can occur is that the black color blends in so much with the color of blacktop in parking lots that you have to be careful not to forget to retrieve it.
