SAFETY HAZARD! We have 2 of these, one works great, the other in our sons room almost caused a fire. The dimmer is faulty and heated up to the point that it would have caused a fire had we not caught it before putting our son to bed! I love these lights for all their wonderul benefits, however, we got a bad one.
Poor quality, no support The cyrstal itself is quite nice. WBM is unfortunately a terrible vendor. I bought three of these. One doesn’t work. WBM is completely unresponsive even after multiple attempts to resolve this. If you are lucky and you get one that works, counts yourself lucky!
Fire Hazard & Not as attractive as smaller lamp or photo UPDATE: FIRE HAZARD. The dimmer is faulty and MELTED it got so hot (see photo). Even if i switch it on for two seconds the smell of melted plastic pours out of it. Literally. Assuming from the other reviews there is nothing to be done about this with the company.The first one I ordered from them was smaller and I love it. This one, over a year later, I wanted larger.
