Yes and no. These covers are what I’d been looking for, something better than those pesky plastic things you stick in each outlet and then struggle to get out when it’s time to vacuum, so the vacuuming waits! I installed 3 of these in my kitchen, where we have plugs on the island, right at eye (and finger) level. For the purposes of safety, they seem to work. My issues with these covers are minor, except for one that could be a game-changer if it persists or happens with all outlets.
Hack job I have the outlets with one screw in the center. These covers can twist 70 degrees very easily, making the outlets even more dangerous than they are with a regular cover. I added two small washers between the cover and the little rectangular washer they include so I could tighten the screw down really well.
