Disappointed I was so glad when these were delivered today, until I opened them. They are so much bigger than I expected. The description says they fit knobs up to 4.5″ apart. It doesn’t say, as it does on the package, that they don’t fit knobs that are less than 2.5″ apart. My cabinet knobs are only 2″ apart and probably smaller than the ones on in the pictures. Impossible to open! These were – first – a pain to put on the cabinet – you had to remove the handle to the cabinet to install it, and then – ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN! We were all hurting our hands trying to get the cabiet open! I finally had to pry it open with a screwdriver and we stopped using it! No one could get into the cabinet with the cleaning supplies and trash bags for the child care center! Not for all door handles and tough to unlock Two stars because Item works when it comes to locking the handles, but it is really hard to open it up, especially, with 1 hand. CONs:* Door handles have to be pear shaped and at least size of a quarter in diameter, otherwise the lock will slide off.* Door handles have to be spaced apart further than 3 1/8 inch, otherwise cabinet lock wouldn’t lock* Can not unlock one handedP.S.
