Good concept, horrendous to install After seeing how good of reviews these locks received, I decided to purchase a set of them over a number of other locking devices I was looking at. While the concept of these locks is great, the product itself leaves something to be desired – particularly when it comes to installation. I cannot even begin to tell you how god awfully frustrating these are to install. The placement of the catch to the lock itself is crucial, hence the reason they supply adhesive templates for where both pieces…
Great locks, but they need better hardware. These are the best child protective locks I have ever used. What makes them so good is that, when the grandkids go home, you can turn them “off” so you can get back to normal. Also, it only takes a minute to walk around the kitchen and bathrooms and re-arm them when the grandkids are coming. Also, the mounting templates that come with the locks are ingenious, although the ‘targets’ for holes are a bit off from where they should be.

Well that’s not good enough considering they are supposed to work a couple inches beyond that. Contacted customer service and inquired as to whether my key was faulty and that’s why they weren’t working. They shipped me a new key at no cost, but the problem remained. Contacted again and they sent a whole new set out. They stand behind their product and want to ensure that…
