Good, sturdy product… but beware if your door opens in vs out Works great for keeping kids out of bathrooms, utility closets, basement steps, etc. I have them installed on four doors and have not had any issues with them figuring out how to open (although usually the fact that the door is closed and the handle doesn’t budge easily is enough of a deterrent to really test it).
Good deal. These things are a life saver. For the passed two or so months, my kids have been waking up in the middle of the night, raiding the pantry, and sneaking as many snacks as they can. This inexpensive fix made this almost impossible for my 18 month old and my four year old doesn’t have the patience to open it. I have caught my four year old opening it a few times, I just think he gave up since it requires so much work (it really doesn’t though). Overall- great price for an effective product.
Great Simple device to keep the handle of the door from turning and thus opening the door. It doesn’t fit perfectly against my door. It does the job and my toddler can not open the door with this on and in place.
