Died within a year. This is my second review. Coming up on a year and the unit has stopped working. I tried buying new batteries, but alas, the problem is the vacuum itself. Never used in a shop. Just around the house. Nothing wet. Suffice to say, spending this much I truly expected more.

Powerful hand vac, replaceable battery! Good power, vacuums like a champ. So far haven’t had any issues with the battery pack – Since we only use it for a few minutes at a time, the wall charger keeps it constantly topped up. It’s a little loud but not significantly louder than our previous hand vac. The suction is so powerful, when you click it on the torque twists your hand sideways a bit!One reason for buying this is that I hate throwing away perfectly good tools because the battery died. Our last Black and Decker hand…

Worked well – for a short time. The vacuum arrived quickly and in good condition. Used lightly for two weeks. Will not turn on now; swapped known good batteries and still does not work. The on/off switch operates differently – not a typical click on, click off switch. While it worked, it performed nicely, but stopped working with minimal use.
