Star of the show This is a great costume! It does seem to run just a little small, so if you are trying to decide in between one size and another, get the larger size. My son was Elvis in a school play about famous Mississippians, and he was the star as he twisted his hips in this suit, paired with a suitable wig and some TCB glasses. The scarf and the belt come unattached to the costume, but some safety pins can make sure your young Elvis doesn’t lose them.
Good for the price I liked the polyester blend material this was made out of. It was slightly large for my son, so we did have to take it in a bit on the sides, but we liked that the Velcro attached in the back with Velcro so it was easy to pull in the waist. Red scarf was separate and tied the costume together. Overall, I would buy it again if I ever needed another Elvis costume.
This costume is great!! This costume is PERFECT. My son is 11. About 58″ tall and on the thinner side. I did have to stitch up the legs a bit, but did it loosely so that we can let it down as he grows. (Future Halloween costume!) He wore a white t-shirt and light khaki pants underneath with comfort. This was for a 5th grade themed school dance party. The quality isn’t absolutely amazing but it’s really not trash either. A little glitter fallout in the kitchen, but that’s expected with any type of glittery…
