IMO The dress feels better than what you find at the Halloween stores I ordered this for my 7yo for Halloween (she is probably about 75% on average height scale for age, so a little tall for her age). Fits perfect! I can squeeze the wig on but it’s … I am an adult, but about the size of a 12 year old, so I ordered this costume. I’m 4’11 and about 100 pounds. Fits perfect! I can squeeze the wig on but it’s clearly for a kid. The buns are too small, probably would look appropriate on a smaller head. Considering though how much I saved ordering the kids costume, I can get a wig. I would say the material is above average for typical halloween costumes. For the price, it’s a good deal. Fast shipping too!
Decent costume for 11-year-old daughter Decent and not too expensive costume for my 11-year-old daughter. She’s skinny and a teeny bit short for this costume, so I sewed back parts of the belt in the back to make the belt tighter and we hemmed the gown slightly. The wig was pretty hideous, so we did her brown hair up in buns and it worked well. Added some white, sparkly boots and some underclothes due to the chilly weather and she had a lot of fun trick-or-treating.
