The finger-stud caps are too close. It’s good as far as it does what it’s designed for. It’s bad in that the finger-stud caps are so close that they bruise your fingers if you press them individually. You are safe if you press them together at once each time.
For finger physical therapy, start with the lightest grip: 1.5 lb. I originally bought the Sportsgrip medium for the obvious quality and durability; medium was the lowest strength grip available. I asked the supplier if they had any lighter grips available and they told me of their other brand, Rolyan, which had 1.5 lb and 3 lb grips available. The Rolyan is meant for physical therapy use. Great product this is well made and works well for my wrist injury. I used these in therapy and needed more use between sessions. They are the exact item that I used in therapy.
