Great for hand surgery post op So it’s basically supportive foam that keeps your hand elevated but it’s far more effective and comfortable than a pillowI’m day 4 of 14 of my hand surgery recovery and I’m very impressed with this inexpensive optionYour arm can shift while sleeping but overall it’s pretty good
Very useful purchase I use this elevation pad during my rehab hand exercises mainly to rest my hand in a painless position.
