Works, but poorly made and breaks quick. I have terrible forearm pain and from what I’ve researched its caused by extensor/flexor imbalance. So I got these to help along with wrist curls, reverse curls, and all the other grip training. These work well but they aren’t well made. Two days after buying them the weakest one broke. The seller quickly sent me a replacement set but a few weeks later and both light, and both mediums have snapped on me. Only the hardest one’s are left. Very disappointed.

I haven’t noticed a lot of grip improvement, but it isnât hurting my hand or fingers, so Iâll stick with it. ð
They probably work… it was hard to … They probably work…it was hard to figure out why the different colors but finally did. I just need to try and use it more the light green is the lightest one and I think the one to start off with.
