Candles are made with high-quality, lead-free wicks.
Gorgeous style but too fragile to be used These candles are absolutely gorgeous. They also happen to be the most fragile candles I’ve ever purchased, to the point where they’ve been rendered unusable. I’ve had the candles split between the dark blue base and the lighter blue above it, on at least 30% of the candles I’ve handled. The shamash candle has broken off at the bottom on the first two nights when I’ve lifted it out of the menorah, so it couldn’t be placed back in.
Drip drip drip…put down some foil! I had bought similar candles to this two years ago, and absolutely loved them – no dripping, beautiful blues and whites, just great. I got these thinking they were the same or similar, and was very disappointed in the amount of dripping. Part of it is my own fault – I’ve never had problems with dripping in the past, so I didn’t put down any kind of protector – but my leather table top is covered in wax now, and is going to be a terrible mess to remove. The menorah is obviously easy to clean,…
Not pleased; do not recommend Not pleased at all. While beautiful, these candles are brittle and break easily. More annoying, however, is the fact that they do not fit into my menorah properly. The bottoms are too fat. I end up having to melt the bottoms and “stick” them into the menorah. Then…if the table gets bumped, watch out…candles fall out. I feel like these are expensive candles, and I expected a better product. Will not purchase again.
