Quality has tanked – new candles aren’t as nice I just bought more of these, and the new ones look very different from the ones I bought in previous years. They are thinner, the color is less saturated, and there are many more yellow candles. These used to be my favorite Chanukah candles, but the quality has tanked. I always buy new candles right after Chanukah so won’t know if they burn differently until next year, but they don’t look as nice. Disappointing.
Not what I expected. Low quality highly breakable candles with sticky feel to it and weird smell. They also leave the wax dripping when they burn. The packaging is sloppy too. Not gonna buy again.
Not dripless, for sure. These candles are hand dipped and that’s a good thing, but despite the claim they are dripless, they have dripped all over our mantel. Fortunately it was a little dusty so the wax came right off, but seriously, the chanukiah looked like one of those old chianti bottles with the wax dripped on it. They are small, yet still mostly too big for this chanukiah, but it was easy to pare the bases down lightly with a fingernail and did not take more than 10 minutes to get 4 of them to fit tonight (not…
