My back pain is gone! I suffered a severe back injury years ago and struggle with constant pain day after day. I had enough and decided to get a brace. This brace is fantastic! It helps eliminate nearly all of the pain I feel, and the double side adjustments keep it so secure that I feel like it really strengthens my core!I would recommend this to anyone who has any amount of back pain and wants to get back into their normal daily routines! Not unisex appropriate. This product is not comfortable for a short waisted female. The fact that it is made the same for both men and women just doesnât work. It should be shorter in height for women.

Great support – 5’4 Woman Loved how this fit, usually they are too big or long for me but this fit perfectly and comfortably. I’m a bit shorter than the average person and this worked perfectly for me. Supportive as well, relieved the back pain i had previously in my lower back which is hard to get rid of.
