Rimable vs Micro This is a nice scooter. I would buy it over a Razor any day. However, we have been buying Micro scooters for years (Mini and Maxi) after living in Switzerland and seeing all the kids there who had one. Our son could ride the Micro Mini before he was 2! However, we had run on mishaps with our Micro scooters being stolen, broken, and outgrown. Since my neighbor had purchased this one by Rimable, I had a look at theirs and thought they looked pretty comparable. Her kids were using them and…
Wanted to like it….. The Item arrived and I wanted to like the design and the wheels that light up are a nice touch. Unfortunately the turning bracket broke a few days outside the return window. I contacted the seller with pics and they said they would replace the broken parts. Multiple emails and a few months later we never received the parts. My son really loved it and its a shame the company didn’t back up their product. Another item in the trash.
Maybe a 3 year old light up wheels was a selling point. Doesn’t appear to be very sturdy construction – a small than average 6 year old girl stands on the platform & it bows slightly immediately – not a good sign – platform made of rubbery plastic & a very thin strip underneath for support? Purchased as a gift & I was embarrassed to see it bow down when she stepped on it. Might be okay for a 3 year old…
