Very, very useful I am not pleased that I need a product like this, but age and arthritis are taking their toll.
Not what I thought it was I did not like this item at all. I don’t know if I misunderstood the description or if the description was not clear. But I ordered this item thinking that I would be getting an item that could assist me in zipping up the back of my dresses since I have no one to help me do that. However, this item did not help with that at all. I could not affix it to a zipper to be able to pull it up. As I said maybe I misunderstood the description of its use, but I returned it.
Breaks too easily This gadget works fine unless you pull or twist too hard and then the wire comes out of the handle and there is no way to fix it. So after using it occasionally for only two months, I now have to throw it away. Bummer!!
