Great Customer Service These are beautiful cups. My kids love the colors. They work well and fit into cup-holders nicely. Not leak proof I received this set of sippy cups, washed them by hand and then have given to my 18 month old son to use for milk and water, so far. I wash the silicone valves by hand with a bottle brush for so I do not get build up or mold. That I find to be inconvenient. The cups go in the dishwasher, which is great.
