Fantastic scent and an even better value! I love the Fabulously Fresh purex fragrance booster crystals. I previously used the Gain scent booster, which I like a lot, but on a cost per ounce basis, there’s just no comparison. The Purex scent is just as nice as the Gain scent, it lasts just as long, and you get 48 ounces for less than the price of Gain’s 28 ounce bottle. The only downside is the stupid pink plastic cap – it just won’t stay on. Reminds me of plastic easter eggs that won’t stay closed. I ended up tossing the cap…
Use to be my favorite I was so in love with this scent booster when it originally came out. I feel like the quality just isn’t what it was when it initially came on the market. The arm and hammer has it beat by a mile.
No Scent After Washing I have been using Downy Fresh Protect for years and decided to try these because they were so cheap. To me, it was definitely not worth the amount of money I saved. I wasn’t a fan of the Fabulously Fresh scent to begin with when I opened it and smelled it in the bottle. The scent was also very weak initially before even using it in the washer. I tried using around the same amount of crystals as I would’ve used with the unstoppables and the 2 blanket load, and the load came out smelling…
