Best non leaking in any position I’ve tried. These are among the absolute best, non leaking, incontinence underwear I have purchased. You name it I’ve bought it. Some are ok at night when you are laying down, others leak like a sieve in that position, others work great sitting or standing, but not when laying down. These seem to work no matter if I am sitting, walking, driving, or sleeping. Sadly they are hard to find but these will be re ordered.

My concern with them is that they don’t lock in the odor. They are also kind of bulky to wear, not as streamlined as other brands. But definitely use them for long term use when needed.
