Roscoe R-series tires marks carpet. Black comes off on carpet if slightly damp. Roscoe R-series reclining wheelchaire tires mar carpet if slightly damp. Even when the tires are wiped clean the black continues to rub off. Does Roscoe think we live in a barn. Who specified the rubber in these tires. Going to see if can swap the wheels off the old wheelchair.
