Great chair, smooth rolling. Ad a cushion with a pommel and your patient won’t slide forward. This is great looking, and even has adjustable length foot rests, which is nearly impossible to find. These chairs can be hard for tall people to find! The big wheels in back are great, and this steers like a dream. I’m mad about it, but remain nervous about the stability. Transport chairs are not for leaving the patient in unattended. It is very maneuverable in narrow places inside (he can move himself around the house). The larger back wheels make a big difference, in my opinion. He had tried out several transport chairs and was uncomfortable in all of them so I was reluctant to purchase one that he had had no opportunity to use, but this has worked out very well.
