Great for making a drone racing course! I purchased 3 of these to use for creating a drone racing course. I have only used them once but they seem to work wonderfully! I did have one cone so far that had a chunk taken out of it right out of the box. They are a bit light just placing them on the grass. You may have to work them in a bit so the prop wash from the propellers don’t flip them over.Attached are photos of a quick little test course I set up in my backyard for one of my tiny whoop quads and my other racing drones.
They are 100% perfect for this use We ordered these cones for setting up practice maneuvers for a motorcycle, they are small enough to ride over them and they will bounce right back to their original shape. They are 100% perfect for this use. If anything they might slide on a windy day on a smooth blacktop parking lot. I would guess they would stay still if placed in grass on a breezy day. Anyway 100% satisfied, this product has multiple uses outside track and field.
Great product for the price Great product for the price. My only issue, which is minor, is the cones weren’t ‘cleaned’ after the molding process. The inner circular edges are uneven, you can tell they didn’t clean it up as well as the cones had a lot of hair like string left from the molding process.I highly suggest one of the tips they give you with the added bag for storage.
