These are great for bedridden patients These are great for bedridden patients. They are easy to change since they open fully and are completely adjustable. The velcro fasteners are excellent and hold the brief in place and makes them easy to open. There is no uncomfortable elastic, buttons or ties. Just my size I’m disabled and can’t pull underwear up and down. The sticky flaps make all the difference. I can get in and out of these fairly fast. I don’t need these all the time, but I’m glad to have something when I need it. My advice? Put these on standing up for a tighter fit.
