Almost Perfect for Our Needs I buy these for my daughter who is developmentally disabled. She wears a girl’s size 14 pants, but I buy these in a size large. The smaller size seems to have more leaks. She is curvy in the hips, with large buttocks, so the larger size provides better coverage. If you are having trouble with leakage, I recommend going up a size to see if it helps before giving up on these.This brand holds a lot of urine. The BEST! I have sampled EVERY brand and find the OVERNIGHT Prevail is absolutely the best!! The fabric feels more like soft cotton onmy skin and very absorbent!!
