Very Tight I am 6’2 280lbs and I wear a size 50 Shorts/Pants. These are skin tight. No way they fit up to a 58 inch waist. If you look at their size chart, (you have to go to their 2xl item to see it) the large maxes out at 6’1 230lbs. No way that’s a 58 inch waist. It seems to be a well constructed piece that you should be able to reuse if you don’t have an accident and are using strictly for night time. I have ordered their XL and will report on those as the size chart say only 240+.

Prevail Protective Underwear-Extra and Super Plus Absorbency I am disappointed in this product. With a description of “Extra and SuperPlus Absorbency”, I would expect them to be much more absorbent thanthey are. I have tried many different brands, and guess I will keep onlooking.
