How to Wear
Knee straps must be kept taut to put slight pressure on the knee. Everyone has a different tightness that will work for them. Do some experimenting to find how to best stay safe and healthy!
If Edema , Please limit use to under 3 hours.
If Trauma, Please avoid wearing it over inflamed areas.
If allergic to silicone, please stop using it and consult a doctor.

Maintenance
Wash in warm water with a mild detergent and let it air dry. Avoid sun drying!
Preferably, clean after each use to prevent the growth of bacteria.
Clean before first use!
