Nice and Easy This soft squeeze ball will be most useful when hands are particularly painful, and hould be kept nearby. For someone with persistent, moderate or strong arthritic pain, I would suggest a variety of resistance on therapy balls; this would be the starter.
I love that it’s softer than other squeezeballs making it I love that it’s softer than other squeezeballs making it, well, squeezeable. I’m not trying to work out, I just need something I can comfortably squeeze while reading my Kindle to curb the urge to snack. This would probably be great for the elderly or those that find other hand therapy/exercise balls too difficult to squeeze.
i was a bit surprised to receive an orange squeeze … i was a bit surprised to receive an orange squeeze ball instead of blue. I am using this as a screen door closing silencer. which it was a tad smaller for that task, although i know that this was nit the primary use of it.a tad pricey, too.
