Canvas like support sleeve good choice This was exactly what I was looking for. I had a turned ankle that when I exercise frequently sometimes swells and hurts. I wanted a “canvas like” thicker support brace to help decrease swelling and provide just enough support to decrease the likelihood of another injury without impeding my ability to move it and exercise. I will say I think it is made small and I went ahead and got a little larger to err on the side of caution. I am normally a women’s size 8 but I ordered up and…
Plantar Fasciitis Relief I noticed a huge difference after sleeping in this one night. Getting out of bed still hurt a little but it wasn’t excruciating so I think that’s a big win. It isn’t bulky and it is easy to put on at night. I’m not a fan of the compression socks but they may work for someone else so it’s no big deal. I would recommend this along with these for your shoes during the day. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JG1KFNB/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Toes go numb and metal brace becomes painful over time Even if I leave the wrap around my foot loose, my toes go numb every night. And the metal brace used to keep your foot rigid slowly becomes more and more painful throughout the night. And the ball just feels like needles on the ball of my foot, not like a pressure point massage at all.
