Great alternative to an injection! I feel sorry for anyone with plantar fasciitis. It is so painful. I purchased this to help mine. It does seem to work.I have tried other devices that I couldn’t wear because they bothered my sleep and I couldn’t walk with them to use the bathroom. This one is very light by comparison. I can adjust it so it will help without causing additional problems. Make sure you look at the pictures that it comes with to put it on correctly.
Soothes Pain Overnight I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis for over 6 months now. NOTHING was helping me relieve the pain, not ice, not rolling, not even prescription pain medication.I saw this listing and read the reviews and felt like I had nothing to lose to try the product so I ordered two (both of my feet have platar fasciitis).It took a few nights to get used to it, both applying and sleeping with it.I put it on too tight sometimes and my toes fall asleep so I adjust accordingly…
Works well This plantar splint seems to work better than other remedies that Iâve tried. I find that most pain develops overnight as muscles and tendons in the foot tighten. This brace helps keep things stretched out so that I donât have so much pain in the morning. It has helped me immensely. The brace is adjustable for the amount of flex you need in your foot. I find it comfortable to wear and easy to use. The roller ball is a nice bonus for massaging the bottom of my foot. It is a good brace.
