Suggestion about use Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint:
▪ This plantar fasciitis splint is only auxiliary not for treatment.
▪ It’ll be better to keep your leg lay straight when wearing the splint.
▪ Wearing the splint for 30 minutes at first use, you may need one or two nights to get used to it.
▪ Start at 90 degrees, then you can adjust it to a smaller angle if you need more stretches.
▪ Remove the aluminum strip from the top of the splint, and hand wash in cold water.
This has helped my plantar fasciitis so much! I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis for several months now. I decided to try this night splint without much hope that it would help. It took a little figuring out the first time I used it, but once I got the hang of it, it has become really easy to put on and take off, even in the dark.
