Helps the pain! After running a 5k on cobblestone I had major plantaars pain. Itâs been about a week and Iâve noticed an improvement while Iâm trying to still keep up at least a little cardio. Once I figured out how to put it on and it adjusted to my instep it seems to help. Iâll update as it developed, but I give this an A at the moment!
Exactly what I needed Exactly what Iâve been looking for! I have extreme drop foot from having some health issues, these take time to get used to! Especially if you are a person that doesnât like the feeling of being ârestrictedâ but they are helping, so I will continue to wear them at night when sleeping!
I highly recommend! It is the best for my often aching ankle. It support and steady my foot when I sleep and or relaxing in an uncomfortable position. Plantar Fasciitis is the best.
