How To Use
– Your shoes’ current insoles are probably removable – Take Them Out First.
– If needed, trim TEMEISI insoles based on your original insole to fit your shoe size (on the bottom of insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
– Insert insole into shoe Gel Side Down.

NOTE:
-Spot clean with a mild detergent. Not machine-wash.
-Usually it can be used for 2 years. If you need better foot health, it is recommended to discard it after 6 months of use.
-The insoles can be sterilized in the sun when you not use it.
-Some people need about few days to get used to arch insoles, but it varies from person to person.
