Did not help Plantar Fasciitis I have heel pain due to plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. I tried these inserts in my running shoes and ended up with blisters and more heel pain. Then I tried them in a pair of flats and they provided no relief. I gave them to my Mom who has high arches and she loves.

Two Paws Up. Okay, I’m a dog walker, so it is literally my job to be on my feet all day. I have flat feet-it’s not a huge problem, but I can’t wear stilettoes (not that I’d want to, because I’m not a masochist) or ballet flats (which I can’t pull off with my cankles anyway).
