Cute full coverage bib/not waterproof Super cute! I got the Ooga Booga print for my 8 month old and it fits perfectly.Pros: Full coverage and stretchy fabric so he’ll have room to grow in it. I like the drawstring in the back because my son can’t yank the bib off as he would with the velcro ones.Cons: It’s not really waterproof and the fabric absorbs liquid, unless you wipe the mess off right away, it will probably stain. Fantastic smock bib! I purchased two of these for my 6-month old, because introducing puréed and mashed foods is messy business! These bib smocks are even better that I had hoped – they fit him comfortably, they fully protect his shirt and sleeves, they wash like a dream (I just toss them in with the wash and then hang dry, they dry super fast), the colors are vibrant, and the patterns are fun and attractive. I like them so much I’ve already ordered two more.
Keeps her clothes clean. This is exactly what we needed. It keeps baby’s shirt clean, especially at her sleeves. It doesn’t get in her way when she eats (some people are concerned with bibs like this that it gets in their way when they reach, but we havent found that to be the case). She still gets some food on her clothes around her neck, but if we put a regular bib underneath it, it does the trick (or we could probably tie it tighter but don’t want to pull too tight around her neck).
