Please read if new to Hue lighting – great product but understand what to expect with Hue I just purchased my second color bulb. Also have two white ambiance in the bedroom and two white lights in the TV room. First, you have to buy a Hue Bridge to get these to work. The Bridge is a one time purchase that will support up to 50 lights. Second these are expensive but giving the product a bad review because of the price is ridiculous as is giving a bad review because a Bridge is required. The WORST customer service experience for a premium product I’ve ever encountered. I hate having to give a 1 star review for a product I love. I do love the Hue family, I have a lot of their bulbs over my house. However, their customer service for defective devices is TERRIBLE.I called to submit a warranty claim after this bulb died after 2 months. First, I called, and was talking to a helpful person, who got my email and said she’d start the claim.
