Mike Grier says:

Incandescent-ish is pretty darned good Stop the CFL tyranny! These halogen bulbs create great light, are more efficient than regular incandescent bulbs and aren’t as expensive as LEDs.CFLs are just bad news. I’ve never had one live nearly as long as they purport, even expensive ones and the mercury vapor in them means that when they fail early you need to dispose of them properly.I had to replace a BUNCH of bulbs in a rental property and since incandescent bulbs are harder to get I went with these and I’m…

ASOK says:

Didn’t know light bulbs could be this bad. Some were faulty out of the box. Some burnt out in minutes, some in hours. A few have lasted a few weeks. These must be factory rejects or something, because Philips is ordinarily an excellent brand

Elen says:

Attractive Bulb, good value. Great Value, in use daily, no “bad” bulbs so far as a few others reported. The light color is on the warmer end of the spectrum which I prefer.Using these in a light fixture where the bulbs show and these are definitely preferrable in appearance to the standard type of light bulb.
