Stable Support I bought this product prior to hip surgery in anticipation of needing it for my recovery. It was probably one of the best purchases I made. The seat locked on securely and was stable enough for me to fully put weight on the handles while sitting down and getting up. I was terrified about the possibility of falling and this completely eased my fears. I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of an elevated seat.

Exactly what the Dr. Ordered Exactly what we ordered; arrived as promised, simple and easy install and our 91 year-old user loves it. 5 inches is quite high, so if you are using for a shorter person (maybe 5’2′ and below), 4 inches may be a better size, but for us it works great.

It is sturdy, solid I had both knees replaced at the same time in December of 2017. This riser is such an extreme part of my recovery. It is sturdy, solid, and super easy to install. The arms are perfectly positioned, and there is a lot of room the entire way around. I was very overweight at the time of my surgery, 212 lbs., and still had plenty of room – I have since lost 40 lbs to help my knees recover, and am still using this riser.
