Traditional Seder Plate for the Teaching Leader After a recent Seder dinner sponsored by our church I became fascinated with the special Seder plates that allow you to put each of the items used in the Seder in a special place and then use the plate and items as a teaching tool for those who come to the Seder dinner.I purchased this with the intention of hosting Seder dinners in our private home in the future. I would like to have a longer dinner with all the readings and teaching that go along with it. That is not possible with…
A beautiful plate but…. I would give this 5 stars if it were not made in China. This is a beautiful plate at a great price but I sent it back because I wanted an heirloom quality plate that wasn’t made in China. I found one on ebay at the last minute and decided to return this one. If you don’t care where the plate is made, then I think you will love this plate and be able to use it for many many years to come. It’s quite beautiful and large and it arrived well-packaged.
You get what you pay for… it’s … You get what you pay for… it’s cheap and Chinese low-quality. Yes, it appears to be hand-painted but by someone who doesn’t read/write/speak Hebrew… I’ll use it this year and then give it away.
