Picture doesn’t do it justice I purchased this on the recommendation of my doctor and use it to apply overpressure during the McKenzie-style press-ups I do for at-home physical therapy. In spite of his suggestion, I almost chose a different product, partly because this one just looks cheap in the photo. Fortunately, I stuck with his advice and was pleasantly surprised, when this one arrived, to find it was wider and more substantially constructed than I expected. This is a good quality product that has definitely helped…

This along with the other things that I did is why I was released by my doctor after two months of rehab won’t have to see him f I bought this because I had a total knee replacement are used one in rehab at the doctors office this trap along with a 24 inch yoga ball did many exercises with it for my rehab. This along with the other things that I did is why I was released by my doctor after two months of rehab won’t have to see him for one year I will continue to use the strap and the ball for my exercises love it highly recommend for anyone especially in a total knee replacement

Works Good if you’re consistent. It helps to strengthen the muscles around my hips. Helps my Osteoarthritis. Unfortunately, there’s no cure for Osteoarthritis except hip replacement 😭My therapist uses this on my hips.
