Didnât fit as shown The frame front did not fit under the toilet seat. We would have had to bend the front prongs to fit, and they are metal. So it was too unstable as only one of the front prongs would go under the seat.

Does not work well when flush handle is on the front of the tank. This product would have been just what we needed had our toilet tank had the flush handle on the side. Unfortunately, we cannot use it because the user cannot flush the toilet while the frame is in place. There just isn’t enough clearance for the handle to move freely. Otherwise, the product is well constructed and easy to install.

NOT for oval toilet bowl Good quality item, however not for oval shaped toilet. The person I got this for is age 90, does use bars to assist standing and twice -one bar side pushed away from toilet bowl. The toilet is an oval design, the arm sits at an angle and just does not do well with oval. Maybe some ovals but definitely not this one. I am returning item and will seek different design. It will however do well with rounded bowl as it is solid and does attach firmly.
