The best sponge/cleaner I’ve found … I’ve tried a lot of sponges over the years, with mixed results. But I find myself coming back to this one over and over, and there’s a good reason. Several, in fact.1) They’re durable. I’ve tackled the inside of the toaster oven, the barbecue grill, and a baking pan used as a liner for an apple pie that “overflowed” and burned — all with one scrunge. A good rinse after each task and it was ready for more. That means I don’t go through these as often as with other…
Okay, these little blue scrubbers have won me over I was skeptical that the Scrunge could handle the first job I gave it: the dreaded broiler pan. But, amazingly, it cleaned it without any need for elbow grease. And then it went on to do what the manufacturer promised: it rinsed clean. Really. Never before have I found a scrubber that can do that. I’ll be a repeat customer for the Scrunge for as long as I have a kitchen.
Truly “Smell-Free” Sponges! Finally! I’ll never buy anything else again! I bought these thinking that they’d be like all of the other sponges that I buy and try SO hard to keep clean (the smell) and end up dishwashing constantly and then throwing them out after a short time. These are actually FANTASTIC! I had zero expectations for these sponges because I’m VERY diligent about totally rinsing/squeezing/drying my sponges with cold water and ensuring all soap is out of them to prevent that nasty smell they inevitably get….but with other sponges, it just doesn’t…
