I bought this dust pan to go with the Black … I bought this dust pan to go with the Black & Decker 261019 Angle Broom and they work very well together. The broom collects the pet hair on the end of the bristles and the dust pan has bristles on the side of it, so when you scrape the broom over the side of the dust pan it takes all of the hair off of the broom. I have 4 dogs and this dust pan has made my life a little easier.
O-Cedar is A 1 When I purchased a house the previous owner left behind an O-Cedar broom. It is so sturdy and I liked it so much that when I needed a new dust pan I decided to try out an O-Cedar one. When it arrived I set about using it right away, and although I didn’t like the task of sweeping up dog hair, crumbs, etc. the dust pan lived up to the advertising. The broom cleaning edge is what makes this pan great! A dustpan is a dustpan, right? I actually laughed at the little bumpy “broom cleaner” edge on this dustpan; I was skeptical it would work and thought it was just a marketing ploy. I bought the dustpan because it got good reviews.
