Provides relief but with side effects I am a 50 year old woman. I was having horrible night sweats, mood swings, hot flashes, and anxiety attacks. I started taking Now Menopause Support, four capsules per day. I experienced almost immediate relief and after two weeks feel nearly symptom-free. However, while using this product I suddenly started gaining massive amounts of weight for no apparent reason. I’ve read that black cohosh can cause weight gain for some people. Sadly, I think I will have to look for other solutions.
