Works for my large hands, may rub blisters if you have sensitive skin I got the HuGo pod to go with this ergonomic cane and it has been very helpful with my broken ankle. The only issue is that, if you have sensitive skin, you may rub a blister on the soft tissue in between your thumb and forefinger.
