Our NOVA 327R, 17″ Transport Chair is designed to provide easy, lightweight patient transport. The lightweight aluminum frame (19lbs.) makes loading easier. The quick-release, fold-down back allows the chair to fit compactly into small areas. The comfortable padded upholstery and arm pads are reinforced to prevent stretching or ripping. It has fixed full-length arms and non-skid footplates with heel loops. All chairs have removable swing-away footrests and a limited lifetime warranty on the frame. For added safety a seat belt is included and each chair is equipped with locking rear wheels.

Chair too high off ground for me I use a travel chair at home to scoot around in as well as when someone pushes me when I go out. This chair was a good inch higher off the ground and my feet do not reach the floor well. They touch but not with good contact and it is hard to move myself around. I am 5’4″ tall. Other brands are not as narrow but closer to the floor.
Light and a great price This is an excellent chair for a small adult or child. The price was excellent when compared to local medical supply companies. It is easily transportable and fits in relatively small trunks. The size makes maneuvering in busy areas or around tight corners or doctor’s offices easy. Some of the edges are slightly sharp but aside from this, I have found no other areas for improvement.
