Sturdy & Colorful! I purchased this cane as I am presently recovering from total knee replacement surgery. I am a 55 year old female. After I didn’t need the walker anymore, I figured I will need to use a cane for awhile. I wanted my cane to be sturdy, well-made, yet feminine. I get so many compliments on it! even better than a lovely color scheme….this is a QUIET cane! I picked up a couple canes to try out after getting bored with the generic gray cane offered by my health care provider. Most make a annoying clacking noise each time you hit the ground…over and over and over. The entire hallway at work would know when I was walking down the hall! This cane is QUIET. And quite lovely to boot. It matches my usual color scheme and the only nicer thing would be to have knees that work (soft sigh).
Good support I chose this style with the offset because there is less pressure on the shoulder. I would recommend it for anyone who needs support and security from falling. I call it my good leg.
